What's Next for Nymi?

April 12, 2022 - Today marks the official announcement of Nymi’s new chapter as an Innominds company. For most everyone involved, customers and employees, this change in ownership will not be felt in day-to-day business; however, the impact to our future growth and trajectory is great.

As a wholly-owned independent subsidiary, Nymi will continue to operate out of our Toronto headquarters. Our core team also remains largely the same, except for in those areas where we can expand our team and leverage the extended support from Innominds.

Innominds is a devices, apps, and analytics leader in powering the Digital Next. At Nymi, we believe what’s coming next in the tech (r)evolution is a paradigm shift in how people connect to technology. As the creator of a first-of-its-kind connected worker platform, we provide a way for future-ready businesses to bring their employees into their digital transformation journey, which will inevitably evolve from the Internet of Things to the Internet of Everyone.

With the strong backing from Innominds, which comes in both resources and leadership, we are better positioned than ever to continue on mission towards our Connected Worker vision. For parent company Innominds, we help expand the purview of the Digital Next to encompass strong enterprise security and user experience in their portfolio of platforms and devices.

With undeniable synergies in human-centric design and innovation, we are excited to deliver the true value of digital to our customers, current and new. This will include a Canada delivery center for global customers and further expansion into healthcare, construction, logistics, and transportation with vertical-specific use cases.
